Product Returns and Exchanges

Proof of purchase must be supplied for all returns and exchanges. Any item purchased online cannot be returned to an independant Petals Australia stockist. They may only be exchanged through our office in Bangalow.

Exchanges will be accepted within 7 working days of goods being received. You must attain a RA (Return Authorisation) number from us before sending the goods. Without this number we cannot accept the goods. Please phone 02 6687 2939 to report your exchange and be given your RA number. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with Petals tages attached, include any packaging and have a completed return form attached (aquired upon receiving a RA). Please pack all exchanges safely for the return transport and clearly mark as follows:

Returns are only accepted if a product is faulty. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind.

No refund or exchange on sale items will be offered. Faulty sale items may be exchanged provided the fault is a manufacturing fault - which is determined on the assessment of the returned item. If you believe your item is faulty, please phone 02 6687 2939 to talk to a friendly Petals Australia team member.

Office hours to report exchanges and faults are 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday. If you wish to report an exchange or fault outside of these hours, please email admin@petalsaustralia.com.au.
